Ever since I started working as a DJ back in 1980, I have always loved entertaining people with music. It's more than just throwing on a CD, it's about knowing what to play and when to play it for the particular group of people that you have in front of you. It's about motivating them to dance and being able to play the special requests that they have. It's about sharing in the celebration of a wedding or anniversary or birthday or whatever the occasion may be. It's all about having fun. I've been to events where the DJ had no idea what the people wanted to hear and never said a word during the entire show. Anybody can put on a CD and sit back and let it play. It's the knowledge, experience and the love of music that sets a good DJ apart from the rest. Please click on the links above for some of the most popular music in my collection.
But that doesn't mean that you have to pay a small fortune to have that kind of entertainment. Many people in this business charge outrageous rates so they can make more money with less shows. I believe in charging a fair price for the services that I provide. My rates are listed at the bottom of this page. I think that you will find them very reasonable.
